“EZY Care Ltd” is always ready to solve any customer complaint quickly. Follow the procedures provided to return any product
1. If the product is defective or the quality is not satisfactory then return the product to the delivery man and report your complaint on our Facebook page message box.In this case, if the buyer has paid the price and expressed disinterest in taking the product, then "EZY Care Ltd" will be obliged to pay the price within 7 days of receiving your complaint.
2. If you find any defect or the quality is not satisfactory after receiving the product, please report your complaint in the message box on our Facebook page within 3 days. We will change the product based on your complaint and return the previous product and deal with it. If the buyer complains, the product will be returned within 7 days of receiving the product after proper analysis.
3. If you want to change any type of product, you must inform within 3 days, and the quality of the product must be fixed.
4. Buyer can come to "EZY Care Ltd" office to change the product and get refund.
5. In case of failure to deliver the product paid in time due to stock or other reasons, our customer care representative will contact and full refund will be made within 7 days of communication.
